1 Introduction

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

4.1 PKR Native Currency. All financial transactions on bet 989 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Players are not required to make any currency conversions. Deposit and withdrawal amounts are quoted and settled in PKR.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum single PKR withdrawal amount at bet 989 is 1,000 PKR. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

5.2 Verified Accounts Only. PKR withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts verified as belonging to the registered bet 989 account holder. Withdrawal requests to third-party payment accounts will be declined.

7 Gameplay, Bets & Game Rules

In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules apply to matters of gameplay, and these Terms apply to all other matters including account management, payments, and conduct.

8 Prohibited Conduct

9 Intellectual Property

This content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bet 989 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit copying, reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, modifying, or creating derivative works from any bet 989 content without express prior written authorisation.

10 Limitation of Liability

11 Responsible Gaming

Where fraud or criminal conduct is established, all balances may be permanently forfeited and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

13 Amendments to These Terms

bet 989 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bet 989 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Pakistani players of the change — for example, via a notification in the account dashboard or a message to the registered mobile number.

The most current version of these Terms will always be published on this page with the effective date noted. Your continued use of the bet 989 platform after any amendment has been published and notified constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.4 Language. All communications, notices, and proceedings arising from these Terms shall be conducted in English.
